Mi & Ju is a couples' diary/relationship app designed to celebrate and document the unique journey of love between partners. It serves as a digital keepsake, allowing couples to track their relationship milestones, add moments to their personal timeline, unlock exciting date ideas, collaborate with their partner, and more. The app is also suitable for long-distance relationships or friendships.

Mi & Ju offers a variety of features to help couples collect their memories. Here are some of them. Milestones: Keep track of your relationship milestones with exquisite themes, like the day you got married or the first time you met. Notifications: Stay connected and never miss a moment. Receive thoughtful notifications to celebrate anniversaries, milestones, and upcoming events, ensuring that you cherish every occasion and stay deeply connected. Moments: Create a personal timeline of your love story with Moments. Craft beautiful journal entries, add tags, images, and even voice recordings. Adventures: Unlock the excitement and surprise in your relationship. Discover fresh date ideas tailored to your preferences, categorized by season, price, and duration. Collaboration: Share the joy of creating lasting memories. Invite your partner to join the app, allowing you to collaborate on moments and milestones. Together, you'll build a shared digital diary, adding depth and meaning to your relationship. Multiple Relationships: Love knows no bounds. Experience the warmth of connection beyond romance by adding multiple relationships to the app. Whether it's with a close friend, a family member, or a beloved pet, celebrate the love together. Widgets: Add widgets to your home screen, showcasing how long you've been together, married, engaged, or celebrating any other milestone. Each glance at your phone becomes a reminder of the beautiful love you share.

Mi & Ju relationship app is suitable for any couples or friends. Here are some common use-cases: If you are dating and want to capture your love story if you have been together for a long time and want to memorise important live events, like getting married or having your first child if you are in a long-distance relationship if you have multiple relationships (polyamorous) if you want to keep memories of your friendship if you are keen to manage any other important custom milestones, e.g. how your business evolves or how your kitten grows up

Adding your own photos to milestones or moments in Mi & Ju is simple and allows you to personalize your memories. Here's how to do it: iOS: When creating a moment or milestone, look for the "Select Picture" option. Click on it. You will be taken to a screen where you can choose the source of your photo. By default, you will land on the "Camera Roll" option. On iOS 14 or later, you will see options like "Select Photos," "Allow Access to All Photos," and "Don't Allow." We recommend clicking on "Allow Access to All Photos" for the best experience, as it allows you to access all your photos from the camera roll. After the permission is granted, you can upload any photo from your camera roll. Select the desired photo from your camera roll. You may have the option to crop the photo or adjust the focus, depending on your preference. Voila! Your milestone or moment now features your own photo as a background, adding a personal touch to your memories. Android: When creating a moment or milestone, look for the "Select Picture" option. Click on it. You will be taken to a screen where you can pick the source of your photo. By default, you will land on the "Camera Roll" option. You will see the dialog, "Allow Mi & Ju to access photos, media, and files on your device." Click on "Allow" to grant the necessary permissions. Select the desired photo from your camera roll. You may have the option to crop the photo or adjust the focus, depending on your preference. Voila! Your milestone or moment now features your own photo as a background, adding a personal touch to your memories. In case you accidentally deny access, don't worry. You will see a button that redirects you to the settings, where you can change the permission settings.

In Mi & Ju, both milestones and moments play essential roles in capturing your relationship journey, but they serve different purposes: Milestones: Milestones in Mi & Ju represent major life events and significant milestones in your relationship. These can include getting together, getting married, becoming parents, or any other noteworthy moments you want to commemorate. With beautiful custom themes available, you can give your milestones a personalized touch. Additionally, Mi & Ju will provide notifications to remind you of important anniversary dates, allowing you to celebrate and cherish those special milestones together. Moments: Moments in Mi & Ju offer a more granular and diary-like experience. They are smaller, individual entries that make up your relationship timeline. When creating a moment, you have the opportunity to capture the smaller, everyday events that make your relationship unique. You can add a title, description, and choose to include an image or a voice memo, allowing you to express your feelings and memories in detail. Moments enable you to create a comprehensive and intimate record of your journey together, adding depth and richness to your shared experiences.

Sharing your cherished milestones and moments with others is a wonderful way to celebrate and document your relationship journey. Here's how you can share them in Mi & Ju: Milestones: On the milestones screen, locate the sharing button at the bottom. Click on it. You will be presented with a variety of sharing card themes to choose from. Select the theme that resonates with your milestone. Next, click on the sharing options available. This will open a sharing sheet where you can select the social app or platform you prefer to use for sharing. Choose your desired sharing app, such as Instagram, and customize your message or add any additional elements you wish to include. Share the screenshot of your milestone, ensuring that you use the hashtag #miandju to connect with the Mi & Ju community and spread the love. Moments: Find the moment you would like to share and click on it to enter the moment's full view. Look for the sharing button located at the top right corner of the screen. Click on it. A moment summary will be displayed, providing a snapshot of the moment's details. Choose the social app or platform you prefer for sharing, such as Instagram. Customize your message or add any desired elements to personalize your share. Don't forget to use the hashtag #miandju when posting your moment, as it helps connect with the Mi & Ju community and share your beautiful experiences. By sharing your milestones and moments, you can inspire others and create a lasting digital memory of your relationship journey.

Adventures in Mi & Ju are exciting date ideas that you can unlock and explore. These ideas are presented to you based on categories, seasons, prices, and durations, providing inspiration for your next memorable outing with your partner. You can scratch off one adventure per day and save it for later. After completing an adventure you can save it as a moment to keep the memories alive forever.

Mi & Ju currently supports multiple languages including English (EN), German (DE), French (FR), Russian (RU), and Ukrainian (UK). You can choose your preferred language within the app settings.

Creating an account on Mi & Ju is easy. You have multiple options to sign up: Use social sign-in via Google, Apple, or Facebook for a quick and convenient registration process. Alternatively, you can create an anonymous account to maintain your privacy while using the app.

If you wish to delete your Mi & Ju account, follow these steps: Go to the app settings by clicking on the "Settings" option in the side menu. Navigate to the "Profile" section. Look for the "Delete Account" button and click on it. Confirm the deletion when prompted. ⚠️ Please note that this action is irreversible, and all your data will be permanently deleted.⚠️

To invite your partner or friends to join you on Mi & Ju, follow these instructions: Click on the side menu. Choose the "Partner Invite" option or choose the desired relationship by clicking on the relationship avatar at the bottom of the side menu, and then on the “Edit” (pencil) icon. In the "Edit Relationship" page, you will find the "Invite Partner" button. Click on it. You will be presented with an invitation code. You can share this code via any third-party app or copy it to your clipboard. The invitation code is valid for 1 hour.

If you have received an invitation code to join Mi & Ju, follow these steps to redeem it: On the first screen of the onboarding process, look for the "Redeem" option and click on it. Enter the invitation code in the provided field and proceed with the onscreen instructions to complete the redemption process. Once redeemed, you will be connected to the inviter's account. Please note that the invitation code is a one-time use code and should be redeemed within the specified timeframe (1 hour).

If you wish to revoke access to the app for your partner, you can follow these steps to disable their access: Open the side menu within the app Locate and select "Partner Invite" or click on the "Edit" (pencil) icon. This will take you to the "Edit Relationship" screen where you can manage your relationship settings. Look for the section labelled "Sharing Options" and click on "Manage partner’s access." On your partner's device, locate the three-dot menu icon and tap on it. Select "Remove Partner" to revoke their access. Confirm your decision, and your partner's access to the app will be disabled. By following these steps, you can effectively disable your partner's access to the app. ℹ️ It's important to communicate your decision with your partner to ensure transparency and maintain a healthy relationship dynamic.

The free plan in Mi & Ju offers access to a range of features; however, certain limitations apply. Here's what you can expect from the main features with the free plan: Milestones: You can track your relationship milestones, but the selection of themes will be limited to a specific set. Moments: Capture and cherish your special moments by adding titles, notes, tags, and voice memos. However, the ability to add photos to your moments is exclusive to FOREVER subscribers. Adventures: You can unlock and explore various date ideas through the Adventures feature, but the ability to save them for future reference is limited to FOREVER subscribers. Partner Invite: If your partner has a FOREVER subscription, they can invite you to share the journey together. However, as a free plan user, you won't have the ability to initiate partner invitations. Widgets: The availability of widgets, which provide quick access to relationship information on your device's home screen, is exclusive to FOREVER subscribers.

The FOREVER subscription in Mi & Ju unlocks a range of exclusive features and benefits to enhance your experience and ensure your relationship memories are truly unforgettable. Here's what you get with the FOREVER subscription: Activate Widgets: Gain easy access to your relationship status directly from your device's home screen. Stay connected and informed with a quick glance. Access All Themes: Customize your milestones with a wide selection of beautifully designed themes. Choose the perfect visual representation to reflect your unique relationship journey. Invite Your Partner: Share the joy of creating and collecting moments together with your partner. Invite them to join you on Mi & Ju, enabling collaborative participation and shared memories. Turn on Dark Mode: Switch between light and dark mode effortlessly. Adjust the app's appearance to suit your preference and create a comfortable viewing experience. Add Pictures to Moments: Enhance your moments by adding multiple pictures to each entry. Capture and cherish the visual memories that make your journey special. Add More Relationships: Track special milestones and memories of more than just one relationship. Whether it's with a romantic partner or a close friend, you can expand your experience and celebrate multiple connections. Protect Your Data: Safeguard your personal information and maintain privacy with biometrics (e.g. fingerprint or FaceID), a feature designed to secure your data and ensure it remains private

If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can follow these steps. Please note that the cancellation process varies depending on your device's operating system. iOS: Go to Settings app on your device > [your name] > iTunes & App Store. Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen, then tap View Apple ID. Scroll to Subscriptions, then tap it. Tap the subscription that you want to manage. Use the options to manage your subscription. You can find further assistance here. Android: Open the Google Play Store app on your Android phone or tablet. Ensure that you are signed in to the Google account used for the Mi & Ju subscription. Tap Menu “Subscriptions”. Select the subscription. Tap Manage > Change subscription. You can find further assistance here.

With widgets, you can have easy access to your relationship status from your home screen. The first milestone (from the milestone order screen) will be displayed in your widget. Thus, the widget shows e.g. how long you have been together, how long you have been married, etc. Widgets on iOS Follow this instruction to add Mi & Ju widgets to your home screen and your lock screen. Widgets on Android Follow this instruction to add Mi & Ju widgets to your home screen. Currently, we offer 2 layouts for widgets (with and without your photo).

If you have recently switched to a new phone, you can easily restore your purchase within Mi & Ju to regain access to your subscription or previously purchased features. Follow these steps: On your new phone, open the Mi & Ju app and navigate to the settings section (via side menu). Look for the Mi & Ju FOREVER banner within the settings menu and tap on it. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen, and you will find an option labelled "Restore Purchase." Tap on it. The app will then verify your previous purchase information and restore your subscription or purchased features on your new device. Please note that this process applies when you are switching devices within the same operating system (e.g., Android to Android or iOS to iOS). If you are changing your operating system, such as switching from Android to iOS or vice versa, the restoration process may vary. In such cases, we recommend reaching out to our support team via [email protected]. Our dedicated team will guide you through the necessary steps to reinstate your purchase on your new operating system.
